Abstract

The Mentoring Program of the Complutense University of Madrid produces a large volume of data (during the academic year 2018-19 more than 450 mentors and 1500 telemachi were involved in the program). In order to analyze the level of satisfaction and fulfillment of the program of both, mentors and telemachi, an automatic management system of the data has to be developed. Additionally, the management system of all the Faculties has to be homogeneous in order to a results comparison among Faculties could be done. In this job, we explain how the automatization of the analysis and the management of the mentoring data have been done and how this process could improve the reception of income students and a better analysis of the good influence of the mentoring program in the learning process.
