From its beginning CAP has been focused on improving agricultural sector mainly through public intervention. First time CAP objectives were written was in Treaty of Rome 50 years ago and now EU leaders are designing new strategies for 2014-2020 period. Paper analyzes the efficiency of policies carried out in order to achieve expected targets.
