Zusammenfassung
Some Aragonese civil law institutions can present certain problems for traffic safety. Limitations on the right to dispose of inscribed properties derived therefrom (foral consortium, expectant right) can affect third parties, including goods situated outside of Aragon. Facing the problem that this can be, the Property Registry may play a role in reducing information asymmetries, for which certain legislative changes would be required and it would be convenient a more explicit registral treatment of Aragonese institutions.
