Abstract
The selective exams for the achievement of a public function, also called oppositions, are an area in which we always find a very advanced study of Law. In preparing these exams, exercises such as repeating, training for a specific test, focus on dominating a condensed syllabus or specialize in a single subject produce great results, but are not usually implemented in University. It is also interesting to note that much of the success which produces the legal training of the applicants for the oppositions lies in the role assumed by teachers (more empathetic with different incentives and more supported on oral communication and individualized treatment than usual) and the degree of complicity and collaboration that occurs among opponents
