Resumen

Este trabajo sitúa la reforma de los sistemas de pensiones en el contexto de la del estado de bienestar para hacerlo sostenible. Se abandona el enfoque de las taxonomías o mundos del bienestar, introduciendo un modelo tridimensional para el análisis y el diseño de estas políticas, aplicándolo, en primer lugar, a las políticas de salud y su reforma, y enseguida a la de los mercados de trabajo. Este modelo tridimensional se emplea para estudiar las grandes reformas realizadas en los principales sistemas de pensiones, especificando sus tres dimensiones: la equidad actuarial-intrageneracional, su capacidad de resistencia a los shocks y su sostenibilidad intergeneracional. Los modelos analíticos identificados servirán para analizar la situación comparada y las perspectivas del sistema español de pensiones y para la propuesta de nuevas reformas.
