Résumé
Solar System mountain-like reliefs are reviewed. Regarding their morphology, volcanoes are the most Earth-like landforms, while the extra-terrestrial mountain chains are rare and controversial. This difference has led to a recurrent discussion on the specificity of earthly plate tectonics. Landforms due to impacts, scarce on Earth, are on the contrary very common, especially on Mercury and the Moon. In the outer Solar System, some strange mountain chains are still waiting for a convincing explanation
