Abstract
Comparative analysis of the restructuring tools available for Spanish companies to restructure its debt under the laws of both England and the Kingdom of Spain, focusing on the English scheme of arrangement, the restructuring plan and the Spanish homologation of a refinancing agreement (homologación judicial de un acuerdo de financiación).
