Résumé

The aim of this Doctoral Thesis is to analyse the system of employer adminstrative responsability that is derived from the most serious infractions of the regulation of occupational risk prevention. The study is divided into two main parts. The first part includes an anlysis of different employer infractions covered in Article 13 of Infractions and Penalties Act. In the second part examines the administrative panalties that is, the fine and other punishable measures that can be imposed only when the infaction is really strict: sanctions publicity, company closing and forbidding of Public Contracts.
