Abstract
The 100 first days of the government of Puebla (Mexico) are distinguished by the construction of political representations and generate legitimacy and confidence levels in the citizens. However, has been pending the election dilemma which raised the need of new political participation processes and social significance to contributea more equal future, with competitive and democratic spaces . The regional society has begun to perceive that the parties coalition had only electoral purposes, and political agreements for a benefit of the population may not take place if hold the same standards, dynamics and cover-ups
