Abstract
The cultural and intellectual anaemia which we perceive in some patterns and processes of opinative communication: the remark -still vaguely evaluated- of the possible interactive link between Information Sciences and Education Sciences; the obligation of some central subjects teaching of Information Sciences at all levels of Education and vice versa, etc., has to encourage all the implied parts to deepen research and positioning about all the premises of this First Proyect of Deontological Code of "Education in Information and Communication".
