Zusammenfassung
The Cantabro-Pyrenean ranges extend in the Iberian Atlantic Margin through a strike-slip corridor that terminates at the North Portuguese Mountains. This transfer fault zone is defined as the Orense Corridor, a feature that completes an Alpine tectonic framework for the northwester Iberian corner.
