Abstract
Assuming the challenge of the convergence between the press, the audiovisual field, telecommunications and the Internet through digital technology is changing the conditions of current journalistic production and the role of the receptor, since new information and communication technologies strengthen interaction and direct participation. In this context of change, it is therefore worth considering how to ensure compliance with Articles 20.1 a) y d) of the Spanish Constitution, alluding to the right to receive and transmit truthful information, when taking into account that the tendency that seems to be imposing itself in this new context is that of creating major companies without journalists.
