Resumo
This paper tries to meet the agency of the tlaxcalteca cihuapipiltin who meant an opportunity to access at the local power by indirectal way, also no members of the local nobility. Some spaniards take advantage by matrimonial link with cacicas for to have workers and to increase their workpower and political capital, but scammers certain restrictions. Thus, the cihuapipiltin of the Maxixcatzin family, attached to the tlahtocayotl of Ocotelulco in the Province of Tlaxcala, its power capitalized on the restructuring and local policy legitimation. They, as principales of his land, managed to establish its networks of power and the transition tlahtocayotl was guaranteed.
