Abstract

The authors try to evaluate in this paper, physiopathological, clinical and therapeutical parameters with a minimal follow-up of two ycars in 17 patients operated of Recurrent Dislocation of Shoulder. For this evaluation they use the ROWE's method, analyzing stabiliity, function and movility. The average age was 27,8 years. In 15 cases they found anteriior dislocation, while the posterior form was present in 2 cases (11,7% ). The average of dislocations previous to surgcry was 9. The most frequent surgical technique was BANKART's (9 cases); PlJrrI-PLA TI (5 cases); Rcimplantation of the glenoid rin with Screws (1 case); EDEN· HYBBINETTE's(I case) and one posterior glenoid osteotomy. In 7 cases was observed avulsion of glenoid rim peroperatively. The most used bandage was VELPEA U's (82 % ) and the average time of inmovilization was 25 days. The results were excelent in 41 % cases;; good, 35%; Regular, 17% and bad, 5,8%.
