Resumo
Based on the Gustavo Bueno Martinez’s Gnoseology, the author recounts the events and pereipeteias that have led to four critical articles on two definitions of political communication and political journalism, of a professor at the Complutense University, José Luis Dader. He denounced the author before four different levels: a) the professors of the Faculty of Information Sciences of the Complutense University (Madrid); b) before the Complaints Commission of the Federation of Press Associations of Spain (FAPE); c) before Inspection Services at the University Complutense and d) to the La Voz Libre Director, demanding the removal of the articles. After a year and a half, one female Magistrate-Judge has ruled in favor of the author. Consequently, the author studies the process according to the Eric Berne’s Structural- Functional Analysis, Transactional Analysis and Analysis of Games of characters who have contributed to this process. He also considers Harvey Molotch and Marilyn Lester’s Theory of Accidents and Scandals. He makes comparisons between Senator McCarthy, José Luis Dader and Pedro Paniagua.
