Zusammenfassung
A randomized placebo-controlled prospective double-blind parallel clinical study was carried-out in order to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the new dentifrice BMMV-6986, in 89 patients for 6 months without supervision. At baseline as well as in follow-up controls, bleaching activity, gingival index, plaque index and calculus index were evaluated. BMMV- 6986 showed, simultaneously, a bleaching activity, antiplaque, antigingivitis and anticalculus efficacy, statiscally significant better than placebo. No side-effects were recorded.
