Resumen
64 eyes with a diagnosis of presumption of glaucoma and normal central visual field we re subjected to a programme of focal campimetry of dense mesh of Octopus (programme 64) carrying out a field per eye. Each one of them is distributed around the corresponding coordinates to the situation of the blind spot of Mariotte (15,0) and (-1 5,0). We compare the localization and distribution of frequencies of the points with a sensitivity defect in the group of patients with cronic simple glaucoma. The method permits the detection of relative and absolute defects in precocious stadiums of the glaucomatous process.
