Abstract

We practice 14 epikeratoplasties on myopic eyes and we elaborate a statisties analysis with the data obtained, attending above all to the refractive results and complications. We obtain important variations of the retractive error, though there is a great dispersion of results. In the exploration performed six months after the intervention, the number of hipercorrections prevail in the group of most myopia. We observe a loss of effect in the technique as the time of evolution advances.
