Resum

It is well-known that the fact taht a physical illness (and even more if it leads to hospitalization) is felt by a person as an aggression on his life evolution and, sometimes, it is a precipitant or developing factor for psychiatric morbility. The goal of this paper is, starting from the analysis of link-consultation referrals,to study the reasons for referral in relation to the general hospital admission time. So, we have divided the reasons for referral into «posterior»(disorders in a direct chronological relation to thehospital admission) and «previous» (where the symptoms are previous to the hospitalization. We consider insteresting to point up, as a conclusion derived from this stuyd, the significance of the general hospital admission as a determinant agen for psychiatric illness involving psychiatric link-consultation referrals.
