Résumé
The Supreme Court has recently passed several judgments on the right of first refusal over disputed credits. This article analyses the grounds of those judgments (including the scope and requirements for the right to apply) and its practical implications from a procedural standpoint, among which it is worth noting that this right does not apply to the sale of credit portfolios.
