The sediments of the Triassic-Jurassic transition at the Castilian Branch of the Iberian Ranges are palinologicallystudied in this work. Four palynological assemblages have been described: (i) in the Keuper Facies, (ii) in the uppermost portion of the Keuper Facies, (iii) in the ImónFm, and (iv) in the Cortes de Tajuña Fm. The assemblage (i) is typical of the Alpine Triassic of Europe. The rest of assemblages show low diversity of palynomorphs, are over- represented by pollen grains of Classopollis and, in most cases, cannot be compared with other Norian, Rhaetian and Hettangian assemblages of the North Iberian Peninsula and Europe.
