Resumo
This paper is focused on the analysis and comments of the judgment of the European Court of Justice dated on 10 December 2020 (A.B., B.B. Vs. Personal Exchange International Limited) and on the review of certain issues arising from the treatment as consumer for the purposes of the special protection forum included on the Council Regulation (EC) No 44/2001 of 22 December 2000 on jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and com-mercial matters.
