Zonzamas «Quesera»/Cheeseboard is a megalithic 365 days lunisolar calendar with 12 solar and 13 lunar months, similar to Egyptian calendar. It represents the prehistoric Canary year («Atxano» or «the axis shadow») which starts on Sumer Solstice. Months are represented by carved rock channels and in-between rock strips. Also, rock carved prehistoric «Cart-ruts» were observed in Malta (Bronze Age) Eurasia,Africa and Mediterranean area :they have been found in several Lanzarote volcanoes tops pointing to Summer Solstice and Equinoxes sunrises. Moreover, Iberian-Guanche rock inscriptions based on the Iberian semi-sillabary (previously named «latin») are widespread throughout Lanzarote (and Tenezara volcano) , Fuerteventura and all Canary Islands. Ibero-Guanche scripts are suggested to be in the origin of Iberian semisillabary in the context of Lineal Megalithic Rock Scripts extant in Canary Islands ,Europe and Mediterranean Area (7.000 years BP). Navigation between islands was thus possible. Finally,Sahara people abandoned their land when relatively rapid dessication occurred, and this was important for Atlantic, Mediterranean and Canarian culture and genetic input.
