Resumen
The Configuration of new Spaces at the End of the 15th Century in Castile: from the Urban Palace to the University College This article aims to think over the architectural layout of the College of San Gregorio in Valladolid in order to study those new spaces that were being developed in the civil architecture in Castile during the last decades of the 15th Century. Some of these spaces had a residential but representative character and were arisen in such buildings as the Castle of Manzanares el Real, the Palace of Infantado in Guadalajara of the Casa del Cordón in Burgos. At that moment, the specialization and organization of spaces converged towards common solutions in the development of a palatial architecture which share many resemblances with the dynamics produced in San Gregorio, according to the display of its plan.
