Commercial ports have a crucial role in trade at the global level and there is a competition among them to attract the largest number of clients who reports the economic benefits required to continue investing in their development and be more attractive for them necessary logistics. This phenomenon is a business management position trying to achieve greater amounts of trades coming into competition with each others. This is exactly what happens in spain´s management model, which promotes competition among port terminals that should be as competitive as possible
