Sierra Nevada is a high Mediterranean massif with a singular landscape with regards to the landscapes and geomorphological features located in its National Park, unique in the context of Andalusia. The uniqueness of these features lies in their glacial and periglacial origin, which gives them a geomorphological heritage that must be preserved and adequately managed.
