Abstract

The integration of Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) in teaching is a worldwide challenge and at the universities in particular. These objectives have been integrated in the teaching of geographical science, in our case a WebGIS platform was used. This tool is a geographical information system on the cloud that allows spatial analysis, interactive maps and the creation of a map. It is possible to access the platform anywhere, from any place and using any device. A strong point of WebGIS is that it allows collorative work which is adapted to the interest of the user. The aim is to disseminate a culture on the territory that promotes values such as sensitivity towards the development of a sustainable planet in its different dimensions, such as environmental or ecological and socioeconomic. The pedagogical design of Continuous Evaluation Work (PEC) in some degree subjects and compulsory work in the subjects of the master's in Teacher Training at UNED, have served as a reference to integrate content and proceed towards awareness through the contents of the official programs. Thus, students work on SDG in their academic tasks, in an innovative way.
