Abstract

The agri-food sector is one of the most fundamental economic activities in Castilla-La Mancha, most of which are integrated into Local Productive Systems (SPL) and in different forms of certification of the quality of their products. The support services available to these agri-food companies obviously result in the sustainable territorial development of the spaces in which they are located. In this communication we will analyze the role of the public or private services of these SPL, previously making an inventory of entities and agents that provide them and a categorization of the different types of support. The methodology used will be fundamentally qualitative, based on the network of agents and entities involved in these support services for agri-food companies. The assessment of services to companies will serve to analyze their role in territorial cohesion and in the sustainable development of these territories, in which the products they sell are totally related to the land where the raw material is produced.
