Resumo
The communication presented at the VI International Congress of Educational Research USAL–PALECH aims to expose the educational experience of an Educational Innovation Project (PIE) oriented to the development of the ApS for the learning of Restorative Justice in them degrees of Law and Education, thus being an interpolative and interdepartmental PIE. For its development, a participatory, practical and inclusive methodology is used that aims to enable students to acquire both theoretical and practical learning about restorative methodology. After this application, a positive evaluation by the students who have participated has been obtained, as well as an adequate assessment by institutions that collaborate in the project.
