Resum

Poder y sacrificio portrays the projection of business literature and it emphasizes that ideas braided by management discourses shape contemporary practices that define the relationships between capital/work. In short, the dissertation signed by Alonso and Fernández gathers in its pages a deep diagnosis of the current disruptions in the world of work from a critical sociological perspective and identifies the layout of a new managerial culture characterized by the alteration of a set of social values adjusted to the so-called “new spirit of capitalism”.
