Abstract
At the beginning of 1934, Hitler commited Albert Speer an emblematic structure: the stone platform of Nuremberg´s Zeppelinfeld. This was the first of the great tasks that Speer with the approval of the Nazi Party carried out all through the Third Reich. Soon after, as quoted in his Memoirs, he was committed the remodeling of Berlin which entailed him an enormous and not always rewarding effort. Except for certain works, Speer never achieved his great designs. It was his eagerness to see his professional projects fulfilled that brought him to a narrow tie with Hitler and confirmed Architecture as an ideal vehicle for the spreading of the megalomaniac ideals of the Nazi Party leaders.
