Abstract

The information and comunication technologies (ICTs) are key elements that change the way in which juvenile offender interacts with his social enviroment. Data provided by the Agency for Rehabilitation and Reintegration of Juvenile Offenders in the Community of Madrid (Council of Presidence and Justice, 2013) suggest performance of new forms of juvenile delinquency through portable electronic devices (PEDs). The results indicate that we should aware the risk of victimization, certainly even and uniform for any minor under age, now should be considered as a selective and differential risk which depends on several factors such as personal, social and locational, as is the impact of PEDs in their personal growth development.
