Résumé
A few of the most used methods for estimating the age from the morphological study is the fourth right rib. The m aterial used for this st udy has been 180 individuals (90 females and 90 males) of k nown age and sex, contemporary S panish population, results from morphological study of the sternal joint of the third, fourth and fifth ribs, both right and left proposing a method from which age can be estimated in contemporary S panish population.
