Resumen

The results of the study carried out are presented with the objective of explaining, in detail, the importance of Social Work in rural areas, severely punished by the population exodus, detecting the needs of community development and the way to establish the strengthening of the social fabric and the enormous potential that rural Spain has, as a pole of attraction for families, trying to analyze the work of the TS in this process. Rethinking rural areas means analyzing from within the possibilities of rural development, which allow to emphasize the approaches related to the social economy based on innovation, within the framework of the 2030 agenda. The importance of innovation in rural areas and the important role of the TS, as a facilitator of innovation processes in the field: a European approach to the value of the field. The final part focuses on important aspects of training
