Resumo

The representation of the body, of human figure, as an architectural decoration on the façadesof Madrid’s domestic buildings from the period between the end of 19th and beginning of 20thcenturies. A short journey along the architectural decoration of this period, full of ornamental humanfigures. Our closest built environment can become a source of aesthetic enjoyment availableto anyone. Thus, we are invited to look at the body through the architecture around us.
