Abstract

Nowadays, education must provide a quality education to all students, for this reason, diversity must be addressed from an inclusive approach to the development of schools for everyone. In the development of inclusive schools that provide educational responses to match the uniqueness of students, teachers are the main and essential engine of change. Therefore, this research focuses on the analysis of the attitudes expressed by teachers of Primary Education and Child towards inclusive education and attention to diversity. It has followed a qualitative approach in the development and analysis of a questionnaire, in order to seek the underlying meaning in teacher significance to the attention to diversity and educational inclusiveness; observed that attitudes shown and expressed by teachers toward diversity and inclusive attention meaning comprised reflect these on these aspects, it is inappropriate for the development of inclusive schools.
