Resum
The purpose of this study is to analyze the variation in the composition of the essential oil of the Citrus genus obtained by steam hydrodistillation of leaf and fruit steam, dividing it into exocarp and juice. The species that have been used come from ecological cultivation over four years and are presented below: Citrus reticulata Blanco (Mandarin), Citrus maxima (Burm.) Merr. (Pomelo), Citrus medica L. (Citron), Citrus hystrix DC. (Kaffir Lime), Citrus japonica Thunb. (Kumquat), Citrus x aurantium L. (Bitter Orange), Citrus sinensis (L.) Osbeck (Sweet Orange), Citrus paradisi Macfad. (Grapefruit), Citrus limon (L.) Osbeck (Lemon), Citrus aurantifolia (Christm.) Swingle (Key Lime), Citrus mitis Blanco (Calamondin), Citrus x floridana (J.W. Ingram & H.E. Moore) Mabb. (Limequat), Citrus x bergamia (Risso) Risso & Poit (Bergamot), Citrus junos Siebold ex Tanaka (Yuzu).
