Abstract

The process of modernization and technological innovation in which society is immersed (commonly referred to as “digital transformation”), raises outstanding disruptive changes, more and more consecutively and immediately, in relation, for example, to the treatment of information –which includes its storage and transfer–, to the channels through which interpersonal and commercial relationships aredeveloped, and to the use of technology in procedures and processes of all kinds. Likewise, it is observed how the so-called "artificial intelligence" could be increasingly present, even "participating" in decision-making processes based on the automation of certain actions or pre-established processes. Consequently, it is a true fact that technological innovation acquires increasing interest, and, therefore, from the point of view of Administrative Law, some main technical and legal questions that arise, in the present, must also be addressed successfully, to the achievement of the new paradigms and challenges of the already directed “global and digital society”...
