Abstract

The purpose of our research is to assess the perceived relationship between diversity management and firm performance according to Spanish human resources top executives and identifying management profiles through cluster analysis. The surveys and in-depth interviews were conducted with a sample of top human resource executives, members of the Spanish Association of Human Resources Managers (http://www.aedrh.org/). AEDRH has more than 450 associates, all of them the top human resources executive in their companies. Cluster analysis was applied to identify different management profiles.
