Abstract
Recurrent reproductive failure [RRF] includes two factors: recurrent spontaneous abortion [RSA] and recurrent implantation failure [RIF]. The rate of RSA in the general population is up to 1-3% and that of RIF in women who have undergone IVF is between 10-15%.To achieve a term pregnancy, there must be a certain tolerance of the embryo by the maternal immune system.
