Résumé
Good governance implies macro and microeconomic considerations. Sincegood governance in the macroeconomic and social spheres will dependon the creation of a favorable environment, for the micro scope, the firmas an economic production unit may organize and can efficiently exerciseits activity. In this way it will contribute to the achievement of wealthcreation objectives and also to an adequate distribution among agents,which is the fundamental basis for achieving the sustainability and progressof the global social economic system.
