Annotated edition of version A (ff. 82-88) of the MS. De propaganda fide SOCG vol. 204(A.D. 1648), with the significant variants of version B (ff. 118-124), of what happened in 1611 to fray Juan Tadeo de San Eliseo as ambassador of Shah ‘Abbās I of Persia to the Grand Duke of Muscovy, the King of Poland and the Roman Pontiff, and of the business he was to deal with the latter in 1628as envoy of the Armenian ecclesiastical hierarchy with a view to unification.
