Résumé
Ethical and leadership formation is one of the teaching priorities in military training centers. One of the appropriate pedagogical approaches to train students in moral and ethical skills is the use of case studies and ethical dilemmas. The article presents examples of different practical cases and moral dilemmas based on real and current events, related to different international organizations in which armies currently participate. Such activity can promote training and preparation for the practice of ethical decision-making, refl ection, critical thinking through skills based on the analysis and evaluation of information, teamwork, assertive communication and the development of creativity. and initiative
