Abstract

The Virtual Museum of Human Ecology (MVEH) is an educational resource promoted by the Association for the Study of Human Ecology (AEEH) and a group of researchers of this field. The MVEH shows in a simple, attractive and rigorous way how the biocultural diversity of our species is originate, with culture as the main agent of environmental transformation, which also generates differences and inequalities between genders, social groups and populations. Its main objective is show exhibition spaces and materials that can provide relevant virtual resources to work on issues related to Human Ecology and the field of Education for Sustainable Development.
