Abstract
This article, in the context of the parliamentary discussions regarding the Draft Bill for the reform of the Insolvency Act, analysis the competing plans from the perspective of the Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code and provides an initial proposal for a legal regime that could be applicable to such plans in the new Spanis Insolvency Act
