This research plan gathers the necessary information about the development of this studyplanned for a period of three years. Among its sections are the following: context andmotivation of the investigation; research objectives (general and specific); methodology(definition of variables, research design, definition of population and sample, instruments);data analysis / interpretation of results; structure, which includes the phases thatcharacterize an ex - post - facto quantitative research: on the one hand, the state of thequestion and, on the other, the empirical study with its corresponding subsections:methodology (formulation of the problem, hypothesis and objectives, operative definition ofthe variables, decision on the design and methodology, selection of the sample, elaborationof instruments and design of techniques and data collection), analysis of data andinterpretation of the results and conclusions (limitations and prospective). Finally, a planchronogram and bibiliographic references of interest are added.
