Zusammenfassung
This paper explores two ways of Disability Law. The terminological question refers primarily to the term Persons with Disabilities. It does not shy away from other alternative proposals such as those that take into consideration Functional Diversity. The semantic question is studied on the basis of the change of paradigm implied by Act 8/2021 and the first judicial pronouncement in STS 589/2021. Language and Thought, it is fair to say, frame the challenges of Disability Law.
