Abstract

This paper is the result of my participation as a speaker at the Fifth Round Table of the LA LEY Reforma Concursal Congress, organized by Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory España and directed by Mr. Alfonso Muñoz Paredes, which took place on June 28th and 29th at the NH Príncipe de Vergara in Madrid. Specifically, this Fifth Round Table, moderated by Mr. Carlos Caicoya Cecchini, was dedicated to «The present of the Insolvency Administration», with the participation of the speakers Mr. Unai Olabarrieta and Ms. Nuria Fachal. My intervention was focused on «The fees in a scenario of sufficiency of mass: Calculation and payment rules (maturity, postponement and pre-deductibility)». The present work has been updated in view of the Reform of the Consolidated Text of the Insolvency Law that will enter into force on September 26th of the current year.
