Resumen

The changes associated with the application of digital technologies in all aspects ofhuman society (Bounfour, 2016) are accompanied by a profound change in the waypeople and organizations generate, share and use data, information and knowledge(Iansiti & Lakhani, 2014). The purpose of this article is to describe the changes in thecreation of value based on the knowledge induced by digitalization and to developfields of action for the management of knowledge from them. First, the term"Knowledge 4.0" is explained from a historical perspective. a systematization of valuecreation supported by digital technologies using the scale model of knowledge 4.0.Several strategic and operative knowledge management tasks derive from changes invalue creation.
