Resumen

Análisis del sector del montaje audiovisual en España. La metodología empleada ha sido la revisión documental y el análisis estadístico, mediante el programa SPSS, de la base de datos de AMAE (Asociación de Montadores Audiovisuales de España), de 388 socios/as, acerca de cuestiones de género como discriminación y acoso, retribución y conciliación.El resultado es un panorama menos igualitario del que cabría esperar, ya que los datos revelan que el porcentaje de mujeres que se dedican a la edición apenas supera un tercio a nivel general (entre los distintos puestos) del total de personas participantes en el estudio.
